These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tipprs website, mobile applications and services (together, the “Services”) operated by Tipprs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Term1.s.
1. Introduction
Tipprs connects customers who need waste removed with independent waste collectors. These Terms apply to all users of our Services, including customers and waste collectors using our platform.
2. Our services
We provide an online platform that allows you to book waste collections and makes it easier to manage the collection process. We act as an intermediary and are not a waste carrier.
3. Bookings and collections
All bookings are subject to availability. You must provide accurate information about the waste you need removed. Collectors may refuse collections that contain prohibited items or are unsafe to handle.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on location, volume and type of waste.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to the cut-off time shown in your booking confirmation. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to fees.
6. User responsibilities
You must ensure access to the waste is safe and that items are ready for collection. You must not include hazardous, illegal or restricted items.
7. Provider responsibilities
Collectors must carry out collections safely, legally and in line with environmental regulations. They are responsible for the proper disposal of waste.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Tipprs Ltd harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via our platform or by email.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
